Governance
We are guided by an Advisory Board, currently composed of four people, and soon to be expanded and further diversified. This board, together with our Executive Director, represents our working group that establishes strategic direction, programming, and fundraising strategies.
The Center for Regenerative Society is currently a project of the Episcopal Diocese of Iowa, our fiscal agent, an Iowa-based 501(c)3. They provide financial services and their board of directors serves as our legal, financial, and compliance board of directors.
While our current director is an ordained Episcopal priest affiliated with the Episcopal Diocese of Iowa, the Center for Regenerative Society is nonsectarian. We welcome the participation, value and insights of both spiritual and secular leaders from all traditions and walks of life who share our mission.
